I've been going to the gym in Ponteland for about a year now. It used to be run by a company called 'energetics' They were quite good but it was too easy to sneak in to the gym without paying. I never did this as I was a member but I think it was unfair how I had to pay £160 for a year when other people got in free. This company was taken over by 'Harpers'. This company is much more proffessional. They offer rewards for regular training sessions. These include t-shirts, water bottles etc. This may not appeal to some people but at least it's something. Also, at the entrance, you have to produce your reciept so no more free entries.
