Priced from around £39-£50 depending on the required size, this hate is excellent value for money as it meets the European Standard EN1384/2001. I have owned my hat since early 2004 and it is still in excellent condition and looks brand new. Weighing 420g this is a very lightweight hat. The velveteen material is easy to wipe clean and as you can see on the picture there are 3 airvents to help keep your head cool. The padding on the inside has compacted as you would expect so incase it becomes too loose you may need to replace but mine is fine. The chin strap is cushioned and easy to adjust and has a clip fastener so it is very easy to get on and off. The hat is available in black or navy and can be found at most good tack shops or online. This is an excellent hat for everyday use or just as a spare. On purchase, it also came with a drawstring hat bag so this helps to keep it clean and easy to carry around.
