Traveling upstairs there there's a new hi-tec spinning area with large plasma screen - looks like torture. The gym has all the normal equipment - bikes, cross trainers, treadmills, weights - no free weights at the moment and that was a stark contrast to my last London gym which had more state of the art free weight equipment. But unlike London I have NEVER had to queue for a piece of equipment and I've used the gym at lots of different times of the day. There are always members of staff around who can help you with advice or a little bit of encouragement for the easily fatigued!

There is a new cycling Revolution studio with the latest hi-tec cycles and video screen.
There are two other small studios for the wide variety of classes that take place during the day and evening.
And then, at last, the main gym.
It is air-conditioned, though I would like it to be cooler.
There are large TV screens to keep you distracted from your tiredness and aching muscles, and sound is available through the gym theatre system - which is a bit temperamental at times.
Water is available through a couple of fountains and iced water in jugs at the door.
It has a number of resistence machines, treadmills, cross-trainers, cycles, rowing machines, and a few steppers.
Then there is a good sized area for free weights and a number of weight machines too.
Finally, there is a warm up area with abs machines, balls, mats etc.

Stoves PANACHE600SI.
We purchased this low level Gas cooker some several months ago now, from Curry's for about £340.
Like most people I should imagine it was the cookers looks that attracted me, more so than its capabilities.
