These really did help my hayfever, and it's good that you only need to take one a day, as it's easy to remember to take them. If you suffer from hayfever, I would definitely suggest giving these a try as I found they provided relieffrom a runny nose and streaming eyes, providing they were taken continually on a daily basis.
