We have had our Hilleberg Nalo 2 GT since 2002 so feel able to write review of it after several years of use. It has been around the world with us and is every bit as good now as it was on its first use.
At the time of buying it, we had never heard of Swedish manufacturer Hilleberg until we were introduced to the Nalo GT at tent show. We were looking for a lightweight tent to replace our North Face starburst and fell in love with the Nalo. The living ... ...and Kerlon 1200 fabric that Hilleberg use for their tents. The fabric is so thin that we wondered whether it would last but it has been superb. Not even a tiny little rip in all its use. Send off for a Hilleberg catalogue (www.hilleberg.se) and they will include a sample of the Kerlon fabric so you can try and tear it for yourself. Impossible! It's a bit fatter (but shorter) when all rolled up that our last tent but this hasn't ever caused a problem.
