Advantages: Mail Order, Good prices, cheap bait Disadvantages: To far away for me to travel to
...the wheat from the chaff. Hinders is one of those stores which rates as the wheat.
I frequently shop using their mail order facilities but have never yet visited their actual store. It is I am told easy to get to the shop as it is just off junction 16 of the M4 at Manor Garden Centre, Cheney Manor, Swindon. I will get round to visiting them next time I find myself down that way.
They stock a huge range of takle, baits and accessories and will send ... ...on time and in top condition. You can even buy Angling Gift Vouchers for that hard to buy for fisherman (or woman).
I regularly buy my boilies and other carp baits from here as they are the cheapest I have found so far and the baits are always top quality.
This is one of the few angling shops that I do business with and I can heartily reccommend it. ...

Advantages: easily adjustable and robust Disadvantages: possible weakness with the zip
.... The sections are joined by three layers of Velcro, which allows the protector to be adjusted to fit correctly, and also each section can be detached for easy cleaning. On the inside of the protector is a mesh lining to allow the suit to breath and help keep the rider cool. The back section also includes a tail section, which is adjustable to ensure that the lower spin is protected without hindering the rider. In addition to the Velcro there is a front strap with an easy release clip to prevent the protector slipping and a front zip for easy fitting and removal. My one concern about this garment is the zip which does not seem to be very strong, the rest of the garment is extremely robust however from my experience with diving suits the zip is one of the most important parts and often the one most likely to perish, time will tell whether my fears...

Advantages: Grip, durability and looks Disadvantages: Costly
...The Panaracer Fire XC Pro has proven itself to be one of the wisest, if costly, upgrades to my Cannondale Jekyll. In our murky winter (and summer) months you need a tyre that will cope in the claggy conditions, providing grip and shedding mud quickly and efficiently, but not so aggressive in tread pattern that it hinders progress on fire-roads and tarmac – The Panarcaer achieves this and is one of the most striking designs available, with its white writing emblazoned on the sidewall.
It has performed admirably in the mulched leaves of the Dorking Redlands Trails; it kept my fatigued body moving on the punishing mud, roots, rock gardens, hairpins and drop-offs of the Afan Skyline Trail and has dug me out of the sticky Cotswold clay. A true all-round performer that is perfectly suited to our changeable climate.
There are a great...

Advantages: Light, full protection, ankle support Disadvantages: Less mobility around the ankle area, due to the affor mentioned support
...Having purchased a pair of these shin pads, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of modern thinking. Today's game is high paced and a huge level of mobility and agility is required from today's players, whether its grass roots or professional level football.
The pads covered all the relevant areas, but i was a little disappointed with the fit as they felt a little cumbersome. The ankles were so well protected that it was hard to shape the foot a variation of shooting techniques. When playing football, pride myself on my dribbling skills and was only hindered by the sturdy ankle protection.
The shin pads seemed to be aimed at a certain type of player, and this claim is only galvanized by the increase in the production of shin pads which exclude the ankle protection. A lot of the top players prefer a slide in shin pad...
