Hippo Performance Series Wedges

...Although Titleist have since released a number of wedges to add to their series, the original Vokey Chrome is still a formidable golf club. A must buy for any serious golfer who appreciates quality and control, I believe the looks are unmatched by any other Titleist Wedge and many others from top brands. If you are looking for spin control this club is perfect. It offers fantastic consistency and a high spin rate, combined with good feel. All lofts are useful and if added to your bag can drastically improve your short game. I use 4 of these wedges (48, 52, 56 and 60 degree) and would not be playing off 7 without them. They add an extra dimension to your game and I believe are unmatched by any other brand. ..., the longer distance 2 iron contains most of its cavity weight in the toe of the club to keep it straight and powerful. The Sand wedge is weighted to the heal of the club to get more lift and accuracy to the high balls. With the Hippo Clubs, the cavities are nicely designed too. No ugly engineering feats to achieve the best results. Instead they are ornately designed to give a great look and performance all in one. The faces of the clubs are quite rough to give you the best grip and control when striking the ball. No shiny faces to lose the ball here. You know where you are aiming is where it is going to go. The toes and heels are highly polished with gives it a great look and a newness that lasts. ...and I must admit I find many of their clubs fantastic to look at and the Pi5 are no exception! In the Wilson Staff series there are various degrees of golf club in terms of the standard of player the clubs are aimed at. This begins with the new Di7 model (Distance irons with a larger sole to reduce the effects of off-centre hits) which is the most forgiving. Next is another new model, the Ci6 which is aimed at mid-handicappers; feeling more like a precision players club but incorperating some of the more essential "forgiving" features. The third in the series is the Pi5 itself which is advertised as a "Performance Iron" to give players a variety of shot choices.
