great value beginners/intermediate slazenger hockey helmet

Advantages: very cheap and very protective, great for beginners/intermediates
Disadvantages: very slight point of protectiveness and comfort but that would be petty

...i did this wearing my slazenger helmet that i would trust if a ball came towards my face. these helmets are very good for beginner/intermediate players. if you are just starting hockey this is one of the cheapest helmets around, but don't let that fool you as this would keep you easily protect from a shot at the face, it was so good that when my first slazenger helmet got too small, i brought another one, i even got a fellow hampshire goalkeeper ...

Grays O Tech - THE best stick i ever played with!!!

Advantages: Great for hitting, close control and lifting
Disadvantages: Price is quite high

...hitting has improved as the grays tech guys said! I also find lifting the ball very easy with this stick and mine has a 25mm bow to make this easy. I have also had friends at training complementing me on my stick and also saying how great the power it generates is after taking just one or two hits with it. Review of Grays O Tech Megabow Hockey Stick

Lightweight and flimsy that was unplayable after 3 matches

Advantages: Relatively cheap
Disadvantages: Had an extremely bad experience, as it broke after 3 matches

I play hockey on a regular basis and I bought this at the start of the season. My first impression was relatively good, the overall hitting seemed painless with little vibration and the light-weight design was clearly effective for dribbling. However after my second match I already noticed alot of wear and tear, which was surprising considering i paid £40 for this stick and I was greatly disapointed.
