Advantages: None that I can think of Disadvantages: Expensive and over-rated
I was given a tube of this 'wonder cream' as a Christmas present from my in-laws just last Christmas. It sat inside my dressing table drawer until about three weeks ago, still in its original box/packaging etc, unused.
I don't know why it's taken me so long to open the box and read the 'instructions leaflet' and actually use the stuff - maybe I was having a 'premonition' about it?? I have to say, Clairins Beauty Flash Balm, or, as it states in the French (also on the packaging/tube) "Baume Beaute Eclair" has been probably THE most disappointing beauty product I have used, EVER!! I've used a lot during my years, but this stuff does not live up to the hype, so don't waste your money.
The tube I was given is a 50ml (1.7floz) size and I believe it costs somewhere in the region of £17.00 to £19.00 in major department stores. I ...
Advantages: Helps reduce fine lines and blotchyness - protects your skin from makeup clogging pores Disadvantages: Very expensive product for 30mls £24 approx.
I have read various magazine articles on Clairns Beauty Flash Balm and they all were extolling the virtues of this amazing invention. To be truthful l didnt really know what they were going on about and why this lotion was so amazing!
I was feeling flush one day and l thought ld purchase it. Now this product is expensive theres no 2 ways about it - 30mls was approx.£24 - not cheap.
The packaging is the usual red and white Clairns trade mark tubing. Plain and simple yet effective. Your money is not going toward flash packaging!
I bought my tube on the internet at the island-trading.com web site - but rest assured it is available from all good Clairns counters and stockists.
So what exactly does this miracle worker do? It helps revitalise sluggish pasty skin, and it helps in the removal or discolouration and fine lines ...
Advantages: Luxury, Feels lovely Disadvantages: Can irritate some skins
Rightio, before I start Id just like to point out that the cheapest price advertised with this product on ciao is £22. Thats actually higher that the RRP for this product and I know that is it £16 from wowwoman.com with free p&p. Be careful if you buy more than 1 item from this site thiough as any items you buy from Hong Kong over £18 come with an £8 customs charge.

I got my Beauty Flash Balm, or Baume Beaute Eclair as it is also known, from wow woman after seeing it in endless magazines and such for years and years. For some reason I have always been mental about beauty products and since I was about 7 Ive been making a mental list of all the things I want. Whwn I got my first student loan a couple of years ago I embarked on a massive beauty splurge and have spent unspeakable amounts of cash on things ...
