Advantages: Great beats. Consistent. Disadvantages: Rhymes are weak at times
Released in 2004, "Tha Carter" is the first of what is now a triolgy of album releases by Lil' Wayne, from which came his mainstream success "Tha Carter III" from earlier on in the year. It is his fourth solo release and has him coming with the first of many attempts to break into the the larger rap audience, rather than simply the Dirty South market, seeing that he is a New Orleans, Louisiana native.
1. "Walk In" (Intro)
2. "Go DJ" (feat. Mannie Fresh)
Over in America, this was seen as Weezy's breakthrough single. However over here I doubt that anyone would have heard this track by him as it saw no attention without being known prior to this. Lil' Wayne managed to come through with this club-suited tune which has him work closely with another big New Orleans name, Mannie Fresh, who gives the rapper some good beats ...
Advantages: A couple of hits Disadvantages: Lots of skits, poor rhymes, very commercial
"VYP (Voice Of The Young People)" is the debut album by the pop rapper Lil' Mama, to be honest I didn't really like much of what I heard from her prior to buying this, but I still ended up getting it regardless.
1. "Intro"
2. "Lip Gloss"
This was the debut single from the artist, so I expected it to be placed this early on to excite listeners, but I really do not like this pop rap song as it is far too commercial to be taken seriously.

**One Star**
3. "One Hit Wonder"
It's good to hear ...
Advantages: brilliant gameplay and the great graphics Disadvantages: none
The first thing that hit me when I played Mat Hoffmans Pro BMX is the incredible similarity to both Tony Hawks and Tony Hawks 2. Is this a bad thing? HELL NO! Tony Hawks 1 and 2 are two of the best games I’ve played on any console. I may be a dedicated Ninty but that doesn’t mean that I don’t enjoy great games on other platforms. MHP BMX is in fact made by the same people who made Tony Hawks. The same engine is used and the game plays almost exactly the same. So why’s this game so good? Because of those very reasons I just gave! A game that more than closely resembles Tony Hawks can’t be bad! Can it?!
I picked up the controls amazingly easily. They are just so simple. It’s this kind of simplicity that is missing from games today but thankfully MHP BMX has simplicity in abundance.
