Disadvantages: Costly to buy, but once you have it, it doesn't costy anything

...Before turning the Rio Body Builder on you have to apply some conductive gel on to the pads. A tube of gel comes with the set, but you can order more when you have run out. Advantages: Great for working on your chest, arms and legs.
Disadvantages: I cant really work on any other part of your body
