Advantages: Have definitely noticed a difference to my stomach. Enjoyable to use.

It definitely hurt my stomach for the first few days of using this, and I could only manage a few sit ups with it, but after progressive training on this I can now manage a hundred plus. Beginners give it a go not for EMS pros

Advantages: Beginners to give it a go
Disadvantages: Does not give kick or chrage for people who are used to the machines or want a buff work out

This is an OK product if your new to EMS machines to give it a go. But not if your a pro to them. The machine does not give intensive muscle work out. The work out with this machine would be like doing a few press-ups or sit ups etc... The straps are not big and don't fit my frame which is small to med.
