MY WEIDER PRO 3000

Advantages: LOOKS GREAT, GOOD WARRANTY, GOOD WEIGHT STACK
Disadvantages: you have to change the weight resistance for every exercise

Puffing and panting

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: So heavy you need a firm space

I've recently sold my Weider machine, which I had for two years. Whilst I had it it suited my needs, but I found that I quickly got bored of it, and it didn't have the flexibility to make it exciting. The machine is incredibly large, and has a wide variety of weights. The down side of this is that it needs to be on a firm concrete floor like a garage. JML Iron Gym a fantastic product

Advantages: Easy to use, durable, visible results in a short time and Safe
Disadvantages: Not easy to store away
