"Lat will do nicely" : Life Fitness Lateral Raise

Advantages: Perfect execution of the exercise in hand, quality build, quality company
Disadvantages: Expensive for the home buyer, very heavy!!!!

JML Iron Gym a fantastic product

Advantages: Easy to use, durable, visible results in a short time and Safe
Disadvantages: Not easy to store away

Advantages: Great for working on your chest, arms and legs.
Disadvantages: I cant really work on any other part of your body

I started weight lifting 3 years ago. I originally never worked on my chest because i thought i didnt need. Oh my God i was proven wrong.
