Advantages: Great for working on your chest, arms and legs. Disadvantages: I cant really work on any other part of your body
I started weight lifting 3 years ago. I originally never worked on my chest because i thought i didnt need. Oh my God i was proven wrong. Realising i have big arms and shoulders and no chest just made me feel really silly. So i put my set of Dumbells down and started using the weights bench.
At first i couldnt lift much, on average i could lift 50kg. After using the bench for a while i started feeling the burn in my chest that i was supposed to ... ...Now my chest is alot bigger and i dont feel stupid anymore for having one part of my body bigger than the rest.
This bench is also good for working on your arms as you can do curls aswell. You can even work on your legs. A bench like this and a set of Dumbells is all you need for your body building life style.

This is an OK product if your new to EMS machines to give it a go. But not if your a pro to them. The machine does not give intensive muscle work out. The work out with this machine would be like doing a few press-ups or sit ups etc... The straps are not big and don't fit my frame which is small to med. The plus is you can target small muscle groups which are hard to target like forearms and other muscle groups used to sports Keep in mind that this ... ...can use the gel which comes in the pack only a 5ml tube thou. Then use water or use ultra sound gel which you can get from boots etc... or about £5-6 for a 500ml tube. Lasts a whilte if you mix the gel with water on the pads (top tip :) ...
