Advantages: Light, strong, durable, relatively cheap, looks great Disadvantages: None
Awesome rear hub for the money. Made from 1 piece heat treated, forged 6061 aluminium and it runs on smooth, double lip sealed cartridge bearings. The hub has an international 6 bolt mounting. It is fairly light at 385g due to lots of weight saving holes in the flanges, although these do not affect the strength. The hub is fitted with a 3 pawl ratchet and steel freehub ensuring reliability and durability. The finish is either black or silver and has lazer etched graphics so they wont wear off easily, and they look smart. I have used one of these hubs for nearly two years now for street, downhill and commuting. I have never had a single problem with the hub, it has run smooth as silk from the day it was bought and has been used on an almost daily basis in all conditions with no maintenance whatsoever. If built correctly it will produce ...
Advantages: A good idea for reworking "Rear Window"... Disadvantages: ...but it had a poor script and lost a lot of what made the original plot so good
Rear Window (1998) - FILM ONLY REVIEW
Certificate: PG (UK)
Running Time: 89 Minutes
Director: Jeff Bleckner
Voyeurism is the act of observing the lives of others, often, though not always, for sexual gratification; it is a process by which the observer gets more satisfaction from viewing others than from experiencing their own lives. There is a little bit of this tendency in all of us, as what is watching a film if not opening up a window on the lives of others, be they real or fictional? It is no surprise, therefore, that the film industry has from time to time chosen voyeurism as the subject of its stories. A widely regarded classic of the theme is Alfred Hitchcock's 1954 film "Rear Window", an engrossing and suspenseful examination of what it is like to be a voyeur, first enforced by circumstance and later pursued ...

Ciao members have rated this review on average: very helpful Review of Rear Window (DVD)
Advantages: Super strong and light, sealed bearings means it will work forever Disadvantages: 20mm axle means it wont work on all forks
Another excellent product from the Hope range.
The hub is perfect for all types of riding, its light enough for xc riders and also strong enough for the downhill riders. It runs on sealed cartridge bearings that are easily changeable, instructions can be found on the Hope website. The hub body is made of cnc'd aluminum so its light and still strong. It also has the standard 6-bolt disc mount so its compatible with all brake systems. The 20mm axle means it creates a very stiff wheel and front end of the bike that will take all abuse. It comes in all the standard hope colours so you can easily match it to you colour scheme.
A superb hub well worth the money, it will last forever ...
