My friend needed to get into shape for her wedding, which was months away. She longed to fit into her slimline white dress.

Instead of us joining a gym, which would of been a waste of money as it is too expensive and we knew deep down we wouldnt stick to it, despite all the handsome men there!

So we decided to do our research on good forms of exercise, this was reccomended on a different review site found through google, it has excellent reviews throughout many pages on there.

We bought this off ebay, for £70.

There are plenty more of these available of there all of which range in price.

We bought one each and started using it straight away, whilst enjoying our favourite tv programmes.

Within the first few days we started to feel and see the benefits.

Our legs became more toned, it also works on the bum, lower back, stomach and arms, as during the use of this machine you have to become very active as movement required for this is essential.

We used this 4 times for 45 mins each time.

As you begin to see the results you can ease off the useage of the machine.

Providing you warm up before use of this then you will have no problems, comfort is a major plus with this as it has gel formed pads for your feet and sponge grips for your hands.

It is easy to assembly as straightforward instructions are provided with it.
