Don’t be glum, get off your bum and do the AirWalk it’s goooood, lol.
Sorry for the introduction to this review but I felt it needed a bit of a rhyme (not a very good one, I admit).

Advantages: Cardiovascular workout, tones legs, arms and bottom! Will help you lose weight if you push yourself. Excercise releases endorphins which give a sense of wellbeing :O) Disadvantages: Can be noisy and safety mechanism limits how long a stride you can take. You need to be motivated to use it!

In June of 2002 I felt the need to get into shape, I’d given birth to a beautiful daughter in April and was feeling a little out of shape to say the least! While I was pregnant I managed to put on a whopping 4 stones, wow! ... ...was looking for a sign that said “Wide Load”.
I’d seen loads of Air Walkers in magazines and heard good things from a few people who’d used them and thought they where a great way to get into shape so I thought I’d check out the net to see how much these things cost!
After a good investigation I decided to go for the Gravity Walker Plus as it was on special offer at the time and there’s no better time to buy than when it’s on offer is there?
I ...

Advantages: keeps you fit, tones your whole body Disadvantages: its very heavy, needs two people to move it.
I had wanted one of these machines for so long I couldn't believe it when I finally got my hands on one. I had badgered and pestered Hamish for a good couple of years but he said we just couldn't justify the price and to be honest I had to agree with him, but going to a gym would cost me more in the long run (not that I would set foot in one) I think that fact may have helped my case a good deal he he he. The first gravity walker I saw was actually ... ...limited use as it was only me that was going to benefit from it. Hamish is not one for doing exercises but then the lucky devil doesn't need to either. Walking the dog and gardening seem to be enough for him. Anyway after months of drooling over the ads and searching over the Internet we finally found one in our price range. For anyone that may be interested we got it from www.exercisezone.co.uk. under the mail order returns section. The price was ...

walking on air Review ofInfinity Gravity Walker Plusby

Advantages: ease of use,non impact,non-gruelling exercise Disadvantages: heaviness, difficult to manouvre in small spaces
I purchased an INFINTI gravity walker plus after seeing umpteen demonstrations of the product on a t.v shopping channel. At the time of purchase I was almost three stone overweight and lacked motivation. I thought that it looked easy to use and I would lose weight effortlessly.
Its biggest selling point was its foldability and manouvreability. The demonstrators would say "just fold it flat and roll it away!"....slide it under the bed or put it up ... ...home so I was pleased that I would be able to store it under the bed.
I ordered it, and it arrived in a very large flat rectangular box which was extremely heavy.....it needed two people to take up the stairs. It was 95% assembled and the instructions on how to attach the handles, the footplates and on-board computer(monitoring number of strides, time spent, calories burned, steps per minute) were very clear and easy to follow....it took me around ...

Advantages: great way to keep in good shape Disadvantages: the size
Id been wanting one of these for a long time and i finally got one, i order it and within 24 days it arrived. This object is quite big and my advise is before getting the gravity walker is to make sure you have room and somewhere to put this in your house. The gravity walker cost me £79.99 which personally i think is a great price to keep fit.
Opening it and putting this together only took me over 15 mins, I read the manual and it does comment on ... ...starter and have never used one of these before, as it may be difficult to use before you start getting the hang of it so i did so, which did help me a lot because if you get straight onto it and use the other handles there's a good possibility you could fall off it.
- did this help to tone up my body?? - i got this gravity walker over a year ago and truthfully got fed up with it in a very short space of time, as it can become quite boring after ...
