Id been wanting one of these for a long time and i finally got one, i order it and within 24 days it arrived. This object is quite big and my advise is before getting the gravity walker is to make sure you have room and somewhere to put this in your house. The gravity walker cost me £79.99 which personally i think is a great price to keep fit.

Opening it and putting this together only took me over 15 mins, I read the manual and it does comment on holding onto the bars at the side if your a starter and have never used one of these before, as it may be difficult to use before you start getting the hang of it so i did so, which did help me a lot because if you get straight onto it and use the other handles there's a good possibility you could fall off it.

- i got this gravity walker over a year ago and truthfully got fed up with it in a very short space of time, as it can become quite boring after abit if you was to buy this and would really believe in yourself to loose weight and tone up then you have to push yourself as high as possible to gain a toned body, a year later I decided I was putting on weight and I really needed to loose some weight and tone up my jelly flabby bits, so i decided to get out my gravity walker and do so. I then found a way to overcome the boardness and watch television or listen to some music.
At first i went on it for about 10 minutes or so and gradually built the time up too 1 hour then became obsessed with it, one day I was on it for 2 hrs none stop WHICH IS NO GOOD for your body as you will become very tired, I decided I needed to spend less time on the gravity walker and bring the time back down to 1 hour a, if not every day i tried 3-4 times a week.

After I was doing a hour a day i noticed my body started changing shape with a shape i was becoming happy with, I lost quite alot of weight using this but i was also dieting at the time plus using the gravity walker I was 11st and within 3-4 month i went down to 9st : - ) I am now happy with my weight and size and will continue to use this to maintain my weight and stay fit.
