IN 1982 Hasbro toy manufactures produced a new toy it was my little pony. Ahh my little pony was every little girls dream, oh to own a pretty pony one that had pretty hair that you could style. You could dream of winning those races with them. Take them to the beauty parlour. Put the baby pony in its nappy.
These ponies were really played with like a doll more than as an animal. My daughter aged about 5 when they first came out. It was not long before she entered the dream play world of my little pony. I was in the loft last week hunting out children's toys we stored from my daughters childhood playdays to give my grand children.

Stable Masters is a game based around my favourite sport. In case you haven't guessed from the title and subject it 's all about Horse Racing. Well not just the racing that's a small but vital part of it.
Initially you start with £50,000, from this you have to buy Racehorses. There is a vast selection to choose from from 2 year-olds upward. The object of the game is quite simple amass a fortune by training the winners of the major races.
The training part of the game is perhaps the most important and time consuming part. You run horses in different lengths of race and try to figure out which distance of race best suits each horse you have purchased to train. This in itself is no mean feat. Barbie and Tawny was the most wanted toy last christmas and was very hard to get hold off.
my daughters birthday being exactley one month before christmas her combined list was huge. this and Tawny the walking horse was at the very top so with the help of the family we finally found them for her birthday the tawny stable being bought for her from my sister.
Thet set cost £20 and included barbie, tanner the dog the stable and a few little bits for me this seemed to expensive for what it is.
Barbie is fine the normal standard expected but the stable seems cheap flimsy and could break very easily along with all the tiny bits which are easily lost I think the toy waas exploited and hyped up to much i'm afraid i dont think this is quite good value for money.
For these reasons my daughter has to play nicely with this ...
