Heelys - freedom is a wheel in your sole Advantages: fun, something different, comfortable Disadvantages: a bit pricey, takes practice Heelys are the trainers with the wheel in the heel which were invented by a (now very rich) man called Roger Adams They have been popular in America for a few years and they even have Heelys pro teams as a lot of the skateboarders have got into it. Heelys only really became popular in the UK at the end of last year and everywhere you go it now seems there are kids flying around on them. However its not just kids who buy them, trust me, i work in ... ...and also to turn the Heelys into normal trainers but you can walk in Heelys in between skating with the wheels left in in a similar way you would walk in heeled shoes with the weight on the front of the shoe. Roces,The 5th Element A great buy Advantages: very good for soles Disadvantages: too heavy for skating vert Roces "5th elements" area great pair of inline skates. I paid £300 for my pair, now you may think that is quite expensive, but really that's not a lot as inline skates no cost a lot of money. This pair of skates has lasted me from September 1998 to today! They are very agressive skates and it is very easy to do tricks on poles and curbs. I find a topside X grind very easy on theses skates as they have a lot of sole room. However, there is one catch ... ...skate on ramps as they are quite heavy, so if you are in to vert skating these are not for you! I have come to the conclusion that these are very good skates and are well worth the money you spend on them. Pretty damn good skates Advantages: colours are pretty cool Disadvantages: need 50/50 There are two versions of the Kevin Gillan psirus but they are both pretty much the same skate. Both of the skates come with: Frame .......Senate Wheels ......Senate Kevin Gillan Pro 55 mm / 88a Bearings ....USD ABEC 5 The 2000 model is Black and Grey with Red highlights which looks pretty amazing. The new 2001 model is a bit plainer with an all grey boot and black highlights but they do come with a puffy toungue so you can style them out a bit ... ...around £200 depending on how good your local shop is. The psirus boots look really nice and they are pretty good to skate on. The liners are really comfortable but the stiching isn't that good in them so don't but them too small because you will rip them to shreads putting your feet in. I don't really rate the senate frames that highly anymore, they are pretty quick but they only come in black. revolutionary skate Advantages: durable, easy grinding, very comfy, look great. Disadvantages: wheels not long lasting. The xsjado skates are probably the strangest looking skates out of all the aggressive skates out there. Firstly lets go over the specifications. They feature 55m team wheels, undercover royal 7 bearings, the classic style freestlye xjado mook frames, a huge soul plate, a big enough negative plate, a footwrap that fits inside the boot, a rachet buckle, stong velcro staps and the classic xjado shell, which sports a light and dark grey colour contrast. ... ...and pulled them out of the box i noticed just how light they where, they weigh around 4 pounds for both skates and i must say they feel very light when on your feet, this helps for jumping high and also means yor wheels feel less strain meaning they will last longer, so the lightness of the skates is a nice feature. The most Amazing shoes Ever!! Advantages: Cool like everyone else ! Disadvantages: you can fall over easy if your not careful Heelys are the most latest shoes out with wheels in the shoes but are very dangerous in some ways but have to be very careful. you can get all sorts of heelys but be warned you can get fake heelys and real heelys but the fake heelys have got plastic wheels and the real ones have got rubber wheels so the real ones go alot faster but some people still dont get it and the fake ones look alot horrible aswell.I must admit there nice and dangerous. The ... ...~~Good stuff about heelys~~ heelys are the amazing cool shoes everyone is talking about and loads of people have got them. people have got them so your not the only one that has them and you can skate around with them. ~~bad stuff about heelys~~ heelys are bad because you can fall over and hurt yourself , the back bit where you break gets all scuffed and holes so never break just run at the bottem of the hill so you dont fall. most of the time ...
