Dr Sludge self seal innertubes 26x1.75x 2.15
Review of Dr Sludge Self Sealing Inner Tube by
dingoo
Advantages: safer, less hassle, easy to use
Disadvantages: More expensive then normal tubes
...There are two main types dr sludge, which I prefer and slime, they both do the same job in the same way but I find dr sludge better.
The future
Basically I'm not sure how long they live but they do work well, saving the purchase of new tubes and repair kits, its worth a punt at £4.99 to see if they work for you.
Unless something drastic happens I cant see they last any less then normal tubes unless the flubber inside decides to combust or something ...

All in one survival kit and inner tube
Review of Panaracer Inner Tube by
Pritch
Advantages: Virtually indestructable
Disadvantages: Price, slightly heavier than average
...a spare tube.
The Panaracer tube is a fairly hefty beast. Your average butyl rubber tube is fairly flimsy, but this one could probably be used as a lasso for capturing deer or other wild animals that happen to be around if you get stranded! Quite frankly, I've never seen such a thick wall on a tube. Weight junkies will turn their nose up at these because they are that little bit heavier than most rubber tubes. That's not really the issue, though. ... ...up with a flat anyway, so you should be spared the ultimate nightmare of changing the tube, only to discover that you've just put a pinch puncture in your spare.
All in all, a nice tube, well worth the extra weight (and the fact that my local bike shop charges £4 for them!) ...

Fool if you dare..
Review of Specialized Inner Tube by
Eatcha
Advantages: You look good if pulled over buy the inner-tube police
Disadvantages: lots of money !!
Not my favourite item for throwing money away at. Expensive compared with your non-brand counterparts and they go as often (statistically valid!!). Seems funny that I had more damage caused by these very thin tubes squeezing in between the tyre and rim and ripping themselves then I ever had with a nice fat walled inner tube !
My opinion buy a nice few cheap inner-tubes and every time you get your second puncher etc just stick a new one in ! – ... ...nice expensive tube..
Lots of love Eatcha ADDITION 3/2/01
My critics have demanded more so I will attempt to please, what exactly I can say about an inner-tube that I have not already said I’m not sure. LOL
Its black if its a reasonable price. If you go super expensive which you wouldn’t on a mountain bike you can get the latex variety which come in many colour variations, as I say these are very expensive super light maybe more resistant ...
