The Instant Abs machine was a product which I bought as it was advertised a lot on Sky. I was impressed with how much it worked as I did see a difference in my abdominal and oblique muscles in just a matter of weeks.
The video that accompanied the product was also very helpful and the fitness plan was very simple to follow.
You really do need to be watching television or listening to music when you use this product as it is extremely boring to use but what exercise machine is fun to use anyway?
It is a practical product to purchase as well due to its easy to store contruction.
I would recommend this product to anybody who really does want to lose weight around their abdominal section and is not afraid of "the burn" when they work their muscles hard.
