Advantages: Small and easy to store - gives cardiovascular work out Disadvantages: Can get boring
...and wellbeing, I needed to find a way to do it. I considered jogging but in the winter in the rural area where I live it is quite dangerous along the narrow country lanes so I discounted that in much the same way as I did cycling for the same reasons. I do not like swimming so that really only left either joining a gym or exercising at home.
I have done both in the past and I was quite good at being a regular attender at the gym however there isn't one nearby and the half an hour journey there and back would put an hour onto my day before doing any exercise which meant I was left with considering exercise at home.

Advantages: Good quality. Easy to hit. Inexpensive. Disadvantages: Not a lot!

If kids (or anyone for that matter!) play golf with a set of clubs that are “wrong” for them, then they start out at an immediate disadvantage, and are liable to develop bad habits in their swing in order to compensate. If bad habits are ingrained in a young player they can be VERY difficult to rectify in later life, so it makes sense not to let them develop in the first place.

I noticed these airflow practice balls and they seemed like a fab training aid and something which should really help my swing. They are exactly the same size and dimension as a normal golf ball, but are of plastic construction and have airholes all over them, producing maximum drag from the moment...

My recent review on the Wii console gave it much praise which I still feel was well justified. The games we had at Christmas were all very good playable and lots of fun, so our anticipation to playing the latest addition to the collection would have been more
