Advantages Cost effective, versatile, easy to install and compact.
Disadvantages May mark door frame a little and you may get calluses on hands despite soft foam grips
Iron Gym Pull Up Bar
Avoid expensive gym subscriptions with a home work out with the Iron Gym Pull Up Bar by Miniqi. This product is designed to fit into doorframes ranging from 24" to 32" and uses leverage to hold itself in place making this ideal when finishing your workout, it can be removed and stowed away and there is no need to drill or screw the bar into place, unlike alot of other similar products currently on the market today.
Setting Up

Effectiveness and Progression
I have had the pull up bar now for three days. I have used it everyday completing a workout around twenty to thirty minutes. I have noticed subtle changes in my strength and appearance in this short space of time. If this piece of equipment is used often enough with a decent diet it will save you lots of money on expensive gym fees. I myself have considered cancelling my gym subscription and sticking to a workout at home using the Iron Gym Pull Up Bar
Bad Points
I have had to put some towels or kitchen paper between the soft foam buffer that rests on the door frame as all of my door frames are white, the black rubber has marked the frame a little but use some kitchen paper or a towel to overcome this or have your touch up brush at the ready.
