I have been using iron gym for about 3 months now and the results have been great i have put on 1 1/2 stone in muscle weight. The iron gym comes in ... ...ultra clear instruction manual that tells you how to use it, what types of exercises to do with it, how often to use it and it even has an information booklet about nutrition and what to eat to get the best results from using it.
The iron gym has one small flaw and that is that you cannot easily dismantle it for storage which means its in the way alot of the time, but what i have done is left it on the door frame of the spare room ... more

The iron gym has one small flaw and that is that you cannot easily dismantle it for storage which means its in the way alot of the time, but what i have done is left it on the door frame of the spare room right nex to the bathroom. Which means that everytime i walk past it, it reminds me to use it so i will do a couple of pull ups everytime i go to the loo. lol.
With the iron gym you can do 4 main exercises, Pull ups, Sit ups (thanks to its foot bar that attaches to the bottom of the door frame), Press ups and Tricep Dips.
This product is definately getting top marks a full on 10/10 Great product and at £29.99 its a good fair price!
