The Jaxx Junior Irons are easy to hit and give Junior golfers the confidence required they need to improve. The Irons have oversized heads with a low centre of gravity that helps get the ball airborne. Each club is also fitted with a lightweight graphite shaft and a soft velvet style grip. Jaxx Junior Irons - Available in 3 Age Groups - Red (Age 4-7), Green (Age 8-10) and Blue (Age 11-14). Clubs available are 5, 7, 9 irons, a Pitching Wedge and Sand Wedge.
Advantages: Look great and ball feels great of the clubface Disadvantages: Price is quite high
...I purchased a set of these irons last March after having my old set for about 10 years.
Tried out 4 or 5 other top brand makes, but these felt the most comfortable and gave the best feel. It is easy to shape the ball with these clubs and they give a very nice flight to the ball.
I would say these clubs are also good for high handicap golfers, but would probably recommend the Srixon I-402 for them. The I-302's are very durable.
I have the regular shaft. I found the stiff shaft to be very stiff and as such was very easy to push the ball right.
They are fairly expensive, but for a mid to low handicap golfer like myself looking to get into single figures, these are well worth the price.
Very easy to get used to and I felt after a few weeks that I had the clubs for years.
My handicap was 15 when I bought these clubs and I am not playing...

Advantages: Good Protection, Durable Disadvantages: Uncomfortable
...This helmet is made by a well known and respected brand of helmets. It is a helmet which is worn by many international players, and it is one of the leading brands.
I no longer use this helmet, however it was my first cricket helmet, and i would recommend it to young cricketers.
This helmet served me quite well for 4 years, and it is extremely durable and safe.
The chin-strap for the helmet is easily adjustable, and can fit most sizes. However the helmet is recommended for juniors and it will not properly fit a fully grown adult.
The metal grill, which protects the mouth is also adjustable, with 6 different settings allowing it to be moved up or down, backwards or forwards, to the batsman's preference.
However the inside of the helmet lets itself down, as it is padded with polystyrene, fitted with glue.
Whereas some...

Advantages: easy way to get out on the water, 2nd hand can be picked up cheaply Disadvantages: not really a performance boat
...I have been sailing for years both crusing and racing and sailed in a variety of different boats. Struggled to maintain this whilst at university (landlocked city!) and was then given the opportunity to pick up a cheap second hand topper (approx £450).
The boat requires little to no maintainence and is ready to sail whenever I am nearby and the wind is blowing (hopefully not too much). It has a plastic (technical term!!) hull and deck and one sail. The boat is easily transported on top of a car and can be easily stored down the side of a house. It really is a very adaptable boat. The title calls it a junior boat--this is a little misleading as it is perfectly usable for a lighter adult particluarly females. It is a great starter boat for a teenager and at this price allows someone to try sailing before commiting to great...
