...I have been playing footvball for years and having very broad feet have always found it a problem to find boots that fit my feet comfortabley. Proir to this pair of umbro boots the last pair of boots i had that fitted comfortabley were a lineker world cup pair from about 1986.
These boots are great they hug my feet beautifully without pinching. They are blades which i find are great for grip in just about all conditions. there is a large turn down tongue which is all the rage these days. I find that the i get excellent feel and control but unlike a lot of expensive boots this has not come at an exorbitant cost or with materials that are not up to the job of lasting a full season. these trendy boots might be great when you have a boot deal that pays for your foot wear but most of us live in the real world/....

...The LA Fitness gym in the centre of Birmingham is by no means the largest or even the best equipped but it is certainly one of the most friendly and well kept gyms that I've attended.
As you enter the gym you are met with a team of beauticians who do ladies nails. This is just one of the types of therapy that the gym makes available for its customers. You proceed down a flight of stairs to a comfortable reception area which houses the LA Fitness staff as well as the food and drinks cabinets. There's a large studio for the various classes which are held in the gym which covers everything from yoga to all manner of martial arts all taught by very professional and esteemed instructors. If you follow the broad corridor around the gym you will come to the main training arena which has all manner of rowing, running, skiing, stepping...
