Advantages: Comfortable with superb wicking properties Disadvantages: Creases a bit in the wash.
I spent hours and hours researching which shirt would be the best for long distance running. Having come to the realisation that a cotton T shirt is vile to run in once you start sweating. The majority of comments I read or heard were full of praise for this shirt and rightly so.
Its wicking properties are fantastic and although it is a base layer I wear it on its own and find it keeps me warm enough at the moment (and I feel the cold), but with the colder weather approaching an additional top will be required. It does say it is for cooler to cold weather wear though.
It removes moisture from the body very efficiently and is very comfortable to wear. All the seams are flat and I haven\'t experienced any chaffing anywhere.
It washes well but does come out a bit creased (and stays creased) if you spin dry it (maybe hand ...
Advantages: Superb graphics, unique racing engine, interactive gameplay and just pure fun Disadvantages: Basic multiplayer features, repetitive after a few hours, and races all become the same
The joys of RashRash back in the day. Extremely popular game for its time and another highlight of Sega and it's fan base. Such a shame the series has been on a decline in the late 90s, it would be great to see a game on a latest machine.
Racing combined with mindless violence and then getting rewarded for it. I mean, what more could you ask for back in the day? It definitely sparked some ideas for the Grand Theft Auto Series.

Advantages: thick gives excellent coverage and protection Disadvantages: spurts out the tube so you tend to get more than you need
I was recommended Metanium by a friend of mine after we had been talking about my little boy having really bad nappy rash. I had tried all the other high street products and felt that they had little affect including an antiseptic talc that I had been given by my health visitor. I managed to get hold of Metanium at my local supermarket and used it on my little boy as soon as I got home. Its really really thick so you do not need too much making the product value for money as it lasts ages. Because it is think though it creates a good barrier between your childs skin and the nappy preventing it from getting any worse. It works really quickly and although others have said it seems to get everywhere and can be quite messy it comes off with baby wipes quite easily so not really a major issue.
My little boys nappy rash was gone with 48 ...
