Access to the swimming and dry changing areas does not involve any steps and so is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Again you will encounter several more sets of fairly heavy doors which are not automatic and therefore you may need assistance if mobility is an issue.
If you're going to the swimming area I would recommend a quick detour to the dry side loos just beyond the first set of double doors. I can only speak of the female facilities, but these are by far the pleasantest toilet facilities in the centre. They are clean, dry and there is usually a plentiful supply of paper in all 3 cubicles. You may have a little more trouble getting any soap out of the dispensers but the one nearest the door usually delivers. There is also a good sized disabled loo located next door...
