The only problem I have found is that it’s a little hot in the morning. The ventilation is in the roof but doesn’t seem to ventilate enough to clear a hangover at a festival but then again, what does?

The tent is water proof, light weight and is very easy to carry in a small bag with handles that don’t cut into your hands – another common failing with tents. This is most handy for those long trips from the festival car park to the camping area.

As for size, its spacious for one and but a taller friend of mine (6 feet 2+) found it a little cramped for two. Saying that, he’s getting one himself now so it cant have been all that bad.
One more important thing for camping at festivals is security. The front opening isn’t evident and would be hard to find if you didn’t know where it was in the dark. Also there are two internal zips which make access harder and anyone wanting to steal from your tent can’t see who is in the tent on opening the front zip. All this means that anyone stealing from tents, as so often happens at festivals, is more likely to move onto the next tent. I still never leave anything I can’t afford to loose in my tent.
This tent is lightweight, waterproof and very easy to put up. These are all the qualities I need from a tent so its one less thing to worry about when camping.
Advantages: So auick & easy! Saves you getting wet when others are still constructing... Disadvantages: None that I can think of!
...are many tents in the Khyam range; the Vector is about the smallest going right up to a double bedroomed affair which has living space, where it is tall enough to stand in the middle. One of them will suit you...
Vectors go for about £100 - £130 & the biggest ones are about £375 ...

Advantages: freedom, well almost Disadvantages: not much to do
I used to go camping years ago when and acrylic canvas was something out of the ordinary or, for that matter, anything other than good old canvas.
Those were the days or so I thought. I seem to recollect how much fun it was dragging this heavy mobile home around, erecting it ( it usually took half a day ) trying to get some all round protection from winf and rain. Of course it took up far to much room to get it into the car so a trailer was a necessity. ... ...to a caravan and then on to hotels and overseas holidays I just cannot believe what I have just done. Bout a new tent! One I can put in the car. One that really does go up in seconds and takes less than nn half hout to fully secure etc.
Now just roll on Summer. I cannot wait to see whether i still have the courage to rough it again. ...
