Advantages: It does give you something to focus on and is easier than sit ups Disadvantages: It isn't very robust and probably would give a man a decent workout
...that came with it you can also get red ones which offer greater resistance still. They do say that you can use four bands to increase resistance but to be honest I can't see how four bands will fit into the narrow groove that holds them in place so I have just stuck with the two orange bands.
To operate it you sit on a chair, rest the base of the machine on your knees, tuck your elbows into your sides, lock your hands round the top bar and pull it down using a body movement rather than an arm movement so that you simulate a 'crunch'. As you pull the top bar down you hear a series of three clicks and the intention is that you move it slowly taking one second between each click down and again as you release the pressure. Advantages: easy to store, easy to use! Disadvantages: noisey
...If you want an easy at home way to shift some pounds this is it!!! The lateral thigh trainer is compact and convienient to use. I found it easy to motivate myself to use it as I didn't have to leave the house, and could use it while watching tv or a dvd.

The display is digital and the numerals are large enough to see even if you do not have good eyesight. There is also a light...

I love The Click Five. I really do. They're terrible. Really terrible. The most cheesy, clichéd , rubbish I have ever listened to.
But that's why I love them. Their songs really make me smile after a hard day, and their uplifting Powerpop beats really more
