...a shopassistant about a read swiss knife. Functions, origin, price, certificated, guarantee..Guarantee!.And here problems srarted! This NOT AT ALL a cheap knife (which actually looked exactly like my father's green old army knife for 5$ with the same functions) had a guaruntee but without a stamp!!!
