...The Uppertone is as far as I am aware, the only Fitness Gym which has been specifically designed for people with a Spinal Cord Injury of c4-c5 and below.
What sets this piece of equipment apart from the others though, is that a person with a c5 injury, can adjust all the weights and settings themselves without third party assistance. This is great if you value your independance, and I quite regularly dissapear to have a quick work out on mine while my wife and daughter are watching the television.
The Uppertone offers sixteen different exercises, some of which may only be suitable for Paraplegics, however I soon noticed after using the gym, that my transfers were better, and also my pushing improved when travelling outside.
You will need quite a large are to store this gym though, and as it is very heavy it is best to have it in a room...

...I purchased this paintball marker as my first paintball marker in 2005. Reading the manufactorer's description makes this marker seem like a dream machine. However the reality is much different.
