Advantages: swing a mile, can help all types of bowling to progress. Disadvantages: doesn't last for long, poor quality
...This ball is certainly nothing to write about as i believe this is a good product to start with but it wears really quickly.
Although if your an opening bowler then this would be a very good ball to use, although with the ball becoming softer then if your a spinner who is likley to come in and bowl later in an innings then maybe this would be perfect for you.
Although i haven't really said too many good things about this ball, this is mainly because when i brought this ball i also brought a kookaburratest and with comparing them i would defently recommend that the kookaburra would be my first choice.
BUT swing bowlers this Slazenger is the ball for you.
The ball does look good but don't get mislead by this, as this is a problem that occurs a lot.
From my experience i have tried many different types of ball but this ball is certiantly...

Advantages: Very good quality bat, with a very good middle Disadvantages: Slightly heavy
...What a piece of wood, eh? That was my first impression when i saw this Kookaburra Ultimate Belta. This chunk'a wood is sure to scare off all the bowlers and sure to impress your team mates as you walk back into that dressing room, glancing behind you and seeing the score board with your name on it: 100 not out. And you cannot help but smile. The Ultimate tucked safely under your arm, you walk off, quite pleased with yourself. Job done!
On a rather more serious note and going away from such reminisces, the quality of this bat is second to none. It is well worth its price and will leave you with memories that will last you a life time. I would highly recommend this to any cricket player of any ability....

Advantages: Durable, Light, comes pre-knocked in Disadvantages: Weak Toe
...The Kookaburra Ultimate Belta, the name says it all. I've previously owned kookaburra bats, but this is the meatiest and lightest one I have used. It looks nice yes, but the most important thing about this bat is that it feels comfortable to use and performs well. It is the most reliable bat I have taken to the crease with me in my 12 year career, it has lasted me almost 18months for use both indoor and outdoor against red/white cricket balls in matches and red/yellow balls in the bowling machine. ( At speeds varying from 50m.p.h to 95m.p.h) The only down side to this bat is its toe, but all bats have weak toes. If you catch it at the bottom of the bat it will vibrate through quite alot. Overall, a solid - value for money bat....
