The Kookaburra Ultimate Belta, the name says it all. I've previously owned kookaburra bats, but this is the meatiest and lightest one I have used. It looks nice yes, but the most important thing about this bat is that it feels comfortable to use and performs well. It is the most reliable bat I have taken to the crease with me in my 12 year career, it has lasted me almost 18months for use both indoor and outdoor against red/white cricket balls in matches and red/yellow balls in the bowling machine. ( At speeds varying from 50m.p.h to 95m.p.h) The only down side to this bat is its toe, but all bats have weak toes. If you catch it at the bottom of the bat it will vibrate through quite alot. Overall, a solid - value for money bat.
