They never had stock of the free rucksack, the fitness classes were constantly fully booked, only 4 working showers that leaked and shower heads drooped. I was not always able to find a free locker, the cardio area was baking hot. Over crowding was expected though.
The staff / head office do not care about standard of service and customer satisfaction. They are there to ensure you pay as as much as possible for their so called services, using all threatening manners to extract payment from you because they say you have signed an agreement, but then they themselves fail to fulfil their side of the agreement.
I would not use this gym again and do not recommend the the London Wall branch of LA Fitness
