out of all the boards i have surfed through out my proffesional surf courier local hero have been the best. first of all when u ask to get a board made graham will ask u ur hight and ur wieght to make exactly the right board for u. next of he will ask u for the design. this design can be anything, u can bring in ur own design and ask him to get it done on the board. the result is absulutly stunning.
u have the pleasure of surfing ur personalized board with a hand painted design on top. the handeling of the boards are absolutly amazing. all local hero boards i have surfed have reached way above my seal of approval (which is quite high). my advise if u have just started surfing is to get a local hero board since it is so much easier to start on a board that is made for u.

hi local hero is based in wadebrige. they make quality boards. prices varrie, mine was 250 pounds. to barney: i usualy surf down at polzeath in the camel estury. but have traveled around the country and been to france for a surfing trip. i like the atmosphere at polzeath the most though. the best waves ive surfed are on the west coast of france though. i used to body board but it is very different to surfing. its a completly different thing, but mainly different waves. me and my mates are planning a sponsored tour around europ for when we get out of college or by the latest after uni. thanks very much for reading fabian m.
