If you think that people who have this shoe are maniacs or sportsmen's only - you are wrong. That type of shoe (with cleats) is the best possible solution for you, your cycling comfort and safety.
Got them for over one year now and they are still in one piece and perfect condition. I had a number of serious accidents, but thanks idea of cleating into pedals- I went through with cuts and bruises only.
Just imagine yourself commuting on a busy road and accidently someone bumps your rear wheel. Normally you would felt over or fall on his mask. Not when having them. They will hold you on bike or help to accumulate most of force. I mean not shoes itself They won't let you leave bicycle unless you want it or force is so strong.

Advantages: Powerful horror, genuinely scary Disadvantages: Sickening to watch
It took me at least a week to come to a semi conclusion of how I felt about Eden Lake; it took me a few days at least to get over the initial shock and emotion felt by watching it. And I have to say that the film I am about to review is like nothing I have seen before.
Eden Lake, is an English film directed by a man called James Watkins, I had never heard of the film nor the director and I was not that enthusiastic about watching it, but after a day moping about alone I wanted something scary to watch and it was in the horror section of my local movie shop at a price of £4 so I thought I would give it a watch. Sometimes I just crave something to give me a bit of a scare.
Horror films which are genuinely scary are few and far between and it is almost unheard of to find one which gives you more than a few jumps and actually offers ...

Advantages: Stylish, durable, comes with cleats for clipping in, you can actually walk in them off the bike Disadvantages: You won't be accepted by 'roadies' in them, can't fit waterproof over shoes over them
****Preamble****
There are two main types of cyclingshoe, one for off road and mountain bikers (?MTB shoes?) and one for road racing riders)?RR shoes?. Being a road cyclist (who uses both a racer and a mountain bike, depending upon the weather and road conditions) I originally bought a pair of RR shoes but after a few weeks use and a few close shaves (I nearly came a cropper in them on numerous occasions) I changed them for a pair of MTB shoes.
****The similarities and differences between MTB and RR shoes****
Both MTB shoes and RR shoes are similar in that they are designed to allow the wearer to cycle more efficiently hence allowing them to go further and faster than if wearing conventional shoes or trainers. This is where the similarity ends though.
