Advantages: Warm, dry, fit like a glove!

I was fed up of my feet going numb. I love riding on those cold, clear and frosty mornings, but there's nothing worse tthan losing all sensation in your feet after an hour or so. My Sidi Inverno's weren't bad, but on those really cold mornings, when the temperature falls a few degrees below freezing, the Sidi's fell a bit short. I'd been eyeing up these Lake boots for ages, but they aren't cheap, and it took a particularly cold, foot numbing ride, to convince me to take the plunge. I live and ride in South Wales, not the coldest place in the UK I'll be the first to admit. But riding the Skyline Trail in Glyncorrwg, during mid winter, can be dam chilly at times. I'm normally a size 42/43, but I ordered a pair of 44's, to give my toes plenty of room. Out of the box the boots looked bulky, but not as ugly as I'd been expecting. Nor ...

For all your cycling needs

Advantages: Has EVERYTHING you need, site is easy to use and secure, Excellent online experience
Disadvantages: The shops are too far away from me.

Eden Lake

Advantages: Powerful horror, genuinely scary
Disadvantages: Sickening to watch

It took me at least a week to come to a semi conclusion of how I felt about Eden Lake; it took me a few days at least to get over the initial shock and emotion felt by watching it. And I have to say that the film I am about to review is like nothing I have seen before. Eden Lake, is an English film directed by a man called James Watkins, I had never heard of the film nor the director and I was not that enthusiastic about watching it, but after a day moping about alone I wanted something scary to watch and it was in the horror section of my local movie shop at a price of £4 so I thought I would give it a watch.
