...There I was wandering round the Ski Show at the NEC looking for my dream ski - Salomon's X-Scream Series - at a decent price. I found it several times over, but as usual, overpriced for what they were. Salomon's never seem to be bargains, in my experience. Then the boss of my favourite holiday company suggested looking at Rossignol's Bandit B2. According to him, the French ski shops loved them. Intrigued, I wandered around again looking for them. No luck. They didn't seem to be there. Disappointed, I went home and decided to look on the net for this mysterious ski. I didn't find much there, either. I began to wonder if they really existed.
A week or two later, I bought a skiing magazine that had a review of all the upcoming 2004 skis. And in there, was a review of the mythical beast that was the Rossi B2, along with it's siblings...

Advantages: Talks back, light. Disadvantages: Difficult to control, noisy.
...the snow. Another problem was the awkward shape, very different from most snowboards. However, once you get used to it, you will find that the flailing limbs can aid you in keeping your balance in the air.
In conclusion, this is definitely one of the more experienced snow-boarders among you. While he may take some getting used to, those with experience looking for something more "mobile" than your usual snowboard will find Kevin to be an intriguing and more than adequate piece of kit. He can get a bit mouthy at times, but if you find this to be the case, aim to hit a rock. It soon shuts him up. Thank you....

Advantages: Small,discrete Disadvantages: Difficult to get used to flexiblity
...Call me a sad woman - but whilst surfing the shopping channels I saw the Total Gym. Although Chuck Norris probably isn't the best person to advertise it, I was still intrigued and eventually bought it.
Slightly embarrased because TV shopping seems like something that older people do, I was still eager to get delivery. And, I definately wasn't disappointed. This is a brilliant and unique product which works just by using your own body weight. This means that you don't have all those awful weight blocks on your home gym. This folds up like an ironing board and can be tucked away in a cupboard.
It's got pully systems which means that you can choose how much tension you move against by increasing or decreasing the amount of your own body weight that you move. It sounds complicated but it isn't at all.
