Firstly guys dont expect to have the model figure that the lateral thigh trainer advertises- honestly
I'm actually a very fit person, I'm in the top6 in the district in long jump and play for nurmerous clubs- infact I am above the average fitness for my age but I felt fat around the time of my period during the summer holidays. The ads for the LTT is plenty you cant go to any channel with out seeing it adveristised so feeling like "oooh I look as she will!!" I went on the internet and bought it for £29.99 plus next P&P on edirectory.
When I first got it - it was way larger than it said on tv honestly! It cant fit in my 3 door wardrobe!!
secondly the handles or resistance bands where suely for me when I first received I just climbed on immediatly after assembling and used as cardio not to only find out I was appaarently suppose to be toning!! it was at the strongest.
In the adverts it said that it was fun but really guys I love sports , the gym everything and it was NOT fun it was like going up and side ways while listening to my ipod- it wasnt that exsilerating!!
The only thing I can say is that if you work on it for about 15mins and above you really do sweat- trust me
But for toning- forget it
the lateral thigh trainer really sold this item well but whatever the ad said about its size, funest! and toning is really not true
If you want you legs to be really toned and feel difference in a week use leg magic its amazing!!
