Advantages: Easy to use and good looking Disadvantages: None
...Easy to use and very easy on the eyes, and easy to get results , very effective.Looks stylish, with a color choice of Black/orange and Black/blue.
There are two models , I bike and , I bike+. The difference is in the color. The Black/Orange is the, I bike , where the resistance level is manually controlled and it has a battery operated console whereas the Blue/Black I bike+is electrically controlled and the resistance level is automatically controlled..
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I am using the Red/Orange I bike ( price at the time of purchase approximately $180)

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.
...day! My legs were aching like i'd done a cross country run the previous day. Even though i was aching, i was extremly happy, knowing that this machine had its job. I now use this machine 3 times a week, varying my exercises. I feel much better for it, and noticed my body toning all over.

The time can be adjusted from 1-10 minutes.
Theres not much you can do...

(Singh has just birdied the 10th hole, by the way)
I mention Singh, as he is one of more than 50% of touring professionals who are now using the Pro V1x in preference to any other type of golf ball.
~ ~ The Titleist Pro V1x is the successor to the Titleist Pro V1, which Titleist launched back in 1996...
