Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members
screen you can see all "Mii's" of the users of the wii fit along the bottom of the screen and above is a chart showing a central horizontal line (indicating starting weight) and then coloured lines for each family member showing the increases and decreases in their weight over the last few months. However, this is done well as there are no numbers on the graph meaning that you don't see the other peoples actually weight, just their increases and decreases.
There are various little quirks to the program throughout but one on the main screen is that the Mii's of the members who have been recently active are jogging on the spot or stretching looking all healthy and those who haven't been on for a while keep nodding off and snoring. We found that it's the things like this that kept my little brother engaged with it rather than him dismissing it ...

Advantages: The Balance Board technology is outstanding Disadvantages: It can be quite expensive
Intro
Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. Which in fact it does. But personally, I went jogging for 20 minutes and it said I GAINED one pound. Which must be a glitch, if you ask me. And today, Wii Fit costs £69.99 ($89.99) which may be a little on the pricey side. But amusing if you can afford it, it is so much worth to buy and helps you stay much in great shape. It's so very worth ...

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
