"Fly me to the moon" : Life Fitness signature Fly

Advantages: Superb build quality, biomechanical perfection.
Disadvantages: Expensive but great value.

For the eagle eye?s out there, you may well be familiar with Life Fitness equipment. In particular if you are a member of an LA Fitness or Holmes Place gym, then you will have come across this kit as LA fitness tend to deck their gyms out with this equipment, whilst Fitness First have a contract with Technogym.
