Advantages: Spacious, comfortable, friendly well equipped gym. Disadvantages: Oh dear, it has a bar!
...I joined Greens having recently changed job, with a Greens Fitness Centre located opposite my new office. Joining seemed a good alternative to a daily stop at Subway for a sandwich and i promptly inquired about fees, facilities and opening hours.
I was offered a couple of packages, one of which was the off peak annual membership i purchased. I think, but i'm not a 100% sure that I got a corporate discount.
FEES
Off peak member ship cost £35 a month, with an initial £15 deposit for the security band that gets you in and out of the building, lockers etc. This gives me full access for the following times:
- Monday to Friday - 0630 to 1700hrs
- Saturday & Sunday - All day
Basically i can't use the gym after 5pm during the working week.
Full membership was £45 giving access at all times.

Advantages: An easy to use, heavy duty aid to personal fitness and well being Disadvantages: Initially costly but otherwise none
...About a year ago I purchased the second piece of equipment for our home gym. Now that I have became comfortable with it in actual use, I can perhaps give a fair appraisal.

I had noted the sense of breathlessness, taking increasingly longer to subside after a hurried walk up a hill or a dash up two or three flights of stairs. The leisure hours are always at a premium and while I do not smoke or eat a heavily fat laden diet, the appreciation of a good concert or an Estate Bottled 1997 is not the most athletic of pursuits.
In the past I have held membership of a gym. The prime aim was always...

Advantages: Good cardio and classes... Disadvantages: but the weights area leaves a lot to be desired
...card.
So would I recommend the Camden branch of Fitness First? Well, I will renew my membership simply because I think this is the best gym I can get for the fee that I am willing to pay. Even though it has its problem areas such as the lack of space I have very much enjoyed the classes I have taken as the instructors for the most part have been very enthusiastic and professional. The cardio section of the gym is also good as it offers a variety of equipment so you won't really have a chance to get bored. If you are more interested in weights than cardio I would say that this gym is not the best for you, but if you are into cardio and classes and don't wish to spend a fortune on your gym membership then Fitness First in Camden might be the choice for you. There is a good mix of men and women, different ages and body shapes so nobody...

'Life on Life's Terms' is the second studio album from the New Jersey pop rock band that is Bedlight For Blue Eyes. Vocally the sound created by the band here is quite similar to that of Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump, instrumentally there are guitar hooks more
