Advantages: LOOKS GREAT, GOOD WARRANTY, GOOD WEIGHT STACK Disadvantages: you have to change the weight resistance for every exercise

Right decided to get fit and buy a Multigym after searching the web for the awhile i found the weider pro series what first caught my eye was the colour red black and white much more atractive than all the other multi gyms i had been seeing after looking further into the weider pro series i found the 3000 was the best model for me so great i had found my multigym paid for it and waited for the delivery,
Finally about a week later i received it so great lets put it together after opening the box i soon realized i had bit off more than i could chew it looked like a mammoth task so i got stuck in after and 2 hours or so and some help from my brother things started to come together nicely the instructions were very helpful they include a step...

...We came to LA Fitness to get out of our stressful life but almost every time that we used the gym there was enough problems in this gym to give us stress so why bother to come to LA Fitness after this contract finishes?

Advantages: 5 min walk from office, small yet spacious Disadvantages: no swimming pool, can get busy between 12.45 and 2pm
...I recently joined Fitness First thorugh my firm as part of their corporate membership and the nearest one to my office in the City of London is America Square, London EC3. Its actually set underneath the offices above and is small yet spacious.
**HISTORY**
It all started in 1993 when two friends, Mike Balfour and Christopher Pearce who opened a health club in Bournemouth. By 2002 there were 49 UK clubs and 100,000 members and employing 3,000 full and part time staff.

This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit.
