Life Fitness Fit Series Abdominal/Back Machine

Advantages: Cheap, lots of different activities, and venues

...As i have never been to fitness first i cannot comment on how they operate but as a fitness unlimited customer i can say the following. Fitness Unlimited (Sheffield): Firstly I am the kind of person who has never done any exercise in my (adult) life. So the fact that I decided to join 'Fitness Unlimited' came as quite a shock to my closest friends and family. Fitness Unlimited is a way of joining four fitness centres in Sheffield: Ponds Forge, Hillsborough and Don Valley stadium, not forgetting concord. The idea of belonging to four centres may seem a little strange but in fact gives you the best of all worlds. As Ponds Forge is often used for national and international events, it allows you to use a different centre when their facilities are unavailable. Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...can do wrong when using this machine its pretty self explanatory. The model i ordered came with arm straps as well, so if you want to exercise your arms quite a bit make sure you check before you buy as some retailers do not provide straps. Overall Overall, i am very pleased with this machine, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to tone their body up, or even lose weight. I have all my family using it now, who's ages range from 21-61. This machine will not keep you fit, like going to the gym, but it will keep you nicely toned and can help you lose weight.
