Crazy fit is Crazy good!

Advantages: Dont break a sweat, can be used for all ages, quiet, lose inches!
Disadvantages: Cant drink a coffee while your on it!

I live with my parents who have varying degrees of fitness and muscle tone. After visiting an old friend who suffers from severe problems with his circulation this machine is all my dad could talk about. His friend who is in his late 60?s was at the point of loosing his feet if he did not do something to improve his circulation. Being a very large man with not so good health anyway, normal exercise is not something he can comfortably do. Even a simple walk to the local shop is out of the question. So he used this machine and within a few weeks has improved his circulation so well that he is no longer at risk of losing his feet! He even lost weight too! Wii Fit

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

Better that Wii Fit but ........

Advantages: A great improvement on Wii Fit
Disadvantages: You need to be self motivated to stick with it

. There are only a few options for the tests and you don't get to choose the ones it gives you but they are quite fun. The Stillness Test just requires you to stand as still as possible for one minute and when it finishes you can see a trace of just how much you moved about. The Walking Test asks you to walk on the spot so that it can assess how much weight you put on each foot as you move using 20 steps. Other options are balancing on one leg without swaying too much, adjusting your balance between each leg to hit a target on the scale which gets more challenging as the test proceeds and an 'Agility Test' which asks you to hit targets by changing your balance.
