Life Fitness Fit Series Dual Adjustable Pulley Machine

Advantages: Can be as good as a Weights-Gym/Multi-Gym for building/training Upper Body and Mid-Section
Disadvantages: Not as effective for Lower Body as it is for Upper Body, Not that easy to 'Fold-Away' every time you use it

Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...it the next day! My legs were aching like i'd done a cross country run the previous day. Even though i was aching, i was extremly happy, knowing that this machine had its job. I now use this machine 3 times a week, varying my exercises. I feel much better for it, and noticed my body toning all over. The Machine The options on this machine are pretty basic, but then how much do you actually need to exercise? You have 6 buttons on the control panel. Two control the level of speed the plate vibrates, one starts the vibrating and one stops it. The other two are your timer and program functions. There 3 programs pre-installed into this model, which automatically set the speed and levels, there is also a manual option where by you can control the time and level when exercising. ...for home use. It is not possible to audition them all in your home environment. The gym I attended was equipped with Life Fitness machines, I liked the style and feel. I was used to its graphical display and so I chose that brand. This review is my experience of the specific model. I have been unable to carry out comparative testing. The Life Fitness 4500HR Treadmill This model is amongst the upper range of treadmills and is a heavy weight piece of kit. Alhough this is an American company they do distribute a European model (which affects the read-outs on the display screen) and we bought it via the internet (www.r2bf.com). With mat it cost £ 1722.49. It was delivered from stock and set up by a technician in our garage.
