Advantages: Can be as good as a Weights-Gym/Multi-Gym for building/training Upper Body and Mid-Section Disadvantages: Not as effective for Lower Body as it is for Upper Body, Not that easy to 'Fold-Away' every time you use it

Advantages: 5 min walk from office, small yet spacious Disadvantages: no swimming pool, can get busy between 12.45 and 2pm
...be a bit noisy. Walking thorugh the turnstiles takes you to the left to the women's changing rooms and to the right of the cardio equipment to the mens.
The women's changing rooms are equipped with some 300 lockers which are activated with your membership card. It also boasts hairdryers, Sauna (in the shower area) and 6 shower cubicles.
**WORK OUT AREAS**
Cardio - This boasts around 15 cross trainers as does the treadmills and these are the most busy pieces of equipment. There are also two stairmasters and 6 cycles and two rowing machines all of which face 9 t.v. screens. To listen to the sound just plug in your headset (any one will work) and select the channel and you then listen to the one you want to watch.
Weights - this area of my Fitness First is mostly men.

...I have been a member of Fitness First for just over four years. I joined in London, and have recently moved my membership to Leicester.
Fitness First Leicester is part of an international chain of fitness clubs. Your membership is valid wherever you go, although some clubs abroad charge a small supplement because they offer deluxe services.
The Leicester club is next to the Walkers Stadium, so it can be a bit chaotic on match days. It shares a parking lot with a Staples office products store, and you are issued a window sticker without which you can't park when there is an event at the stadium.

This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit.
